We are seeking a versatile and tech-savvy Graphic & Video Designer to lead our client's creative production. This role is perfect for a multi-disciplinary creator who can jump from high-end static graphic design to high-energy short-form video editing. You will be responsible for ensuring our US-based brands maintain a premium, consistent visual identity across ads, social media, and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Production & Content Creation
- Design high-converting static graphics for social media and digital advertisements.
- Edit engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Ensure all creative assets align with specific brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
2. Tool Mastery & AI Integration
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for precise design work.
- Execute video projects using Premiere Pro and After Effects (motion graphics).
- Leverage Canva for rapid template creation and AI design tools to automate workflows or enhance creative output (image/video generation).
3. Workflow & Asset Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Maintain a highly organized digital asset library for easy retrieval and collaboration.
- Take full ownership of deadlines, ensuring no project falls behind schedule.
Qualifications:
- Full-time Work-From-Home (WFH) position.
- Must have a dedicated laptop/computer for work.
- Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is mandatory.
- Modern Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva is required; experience with Figma is a major plus.
- AI Innovation: Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or similar) for creative automation.
- Portfolio: 1–2+ years of experience specifically working with US consumer brands.
