Position Overview

We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong sense of style and experience designing T-shirts and apparel graphics. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of visual trends, pop culture, and typography — and can translate those into designs that resonate with the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community.

• Create compelling, original T-shirt graphics that match our requests

Requirements

• Proven experience designing T-shirts or apparel graphics (please include portfolio).
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Understanding of color separation and apparel print production requirements.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, typography, and layout.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu culture, terminology, and humor is a big plus.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of experience in apparel or sportswear design.
• Prior work in lifestyle, combat sports, or athletic apparel brands.
• Experience designing for e-commerce or print-on-demand platforms.
