Key Responsibilities:

• Create creative mockups, layouts, and visual concepts for products, marketing materials, signage, packaging, and digital platforms.
• Design logos, brand identities, and develop brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of fonts, colors, and visual elements.
• Design business cards, brochures, presentations, packaging, social media creatives, digital marketing assets, and other promotional materials.
• Develop website visuals and provide complete graphic support to ensure cohesive brand representation and improved UI/UX experience.
• Create signage designs, vehicle graphics, sign programs, and detailed submittal packages following production standards.
• Perform creative editing tasks including whiting, shining, wrap designing, and packaging artwork preparation.
• Prepare accurate, print-ready and production-ready files with proper sizes, formats, color settings, bleed, alignment, pagination, and print specifications.
• Set up imposition layouts and ensure all files meet required print quality and production standards before final output.
• Review and verify all design files for accuracy, consistency, brand compliance, and quality control.
• Generate supporting content using AI tools to enhance brand presence and streamline content creation.
• Follow established workflows and systems (such as Corebridge or similar platforms) to maintain organized and efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Content, clients, and internal teams to execute creative ideas and clarify design and pre-press requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
• Maintain clear and professional communication and participate in training sessions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Graphic Designing and Pre-Press.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Hands-on experience in print production and pre-press processes.
• Knowledge of packaging and wrap designing.
• Experience working with AI tools for content and design support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality output.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
