Join a growing international construction-focused organisation seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create high-quality digital and print materials that support marketing and project initiatives. Working closely with marketing and project teams, you’ll develop visually compelling assets, including promotional collateral, website visuals, and presentation layouts for architectural and housing projects. This role suits a detail-oriented designer with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and experience producing professional, brand-aligned design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Design, maintain, and update the company website, including basic visual design and user interaction elements.
- Create visual layouts and presentation designs for architectural floor plans, housing layouts, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to support branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and project-specific promotional designs.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and company standards.
- Manage multiple design tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with stakeholders to interpret briefs and translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
- Other position-level duties as they arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proven proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience designing for both print and digital formats.
- Exposure to construction, engineering, architecture, or related industries is highly regarded.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
