What You’ll Do

As our full-time Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Packaging Design : Create beautiful, premium-feeling packaging that aligns with brand identity and elevates the customer experience.
• Static Ad Design : Design high-converting, thumb-stopping Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives.
• Image Touch-Ups : Refine and elevate product images, clean up raw photos, and enhance visuals for digital campaigns and product pages.
• Brand Consistency : Maintain a cohesive visual identity across packaging, ads, and digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with marketing, product development, and copywriting teams to execute brand-aligned visuals that sell.

Qualifications

• Exceptional design skills – You have a meticulous eye for layout, typography, color, and aesthetics.
• Packaging experience – You’ve designed product packaging before and understand both the creative and technical requirements.
• Strong portfolio – You have a portfolio showing top-tier DTC work across packaging and social ads.
• Photoshop/Illustrator proficiency – You’re fast, efficient, and pixel-perfect in Adobe Creative Suite.
• High standards – You care deeply about detail and will never settle for "good enough".
• Fast & reliable – You work quickly without compromising quality and can hit deadlines consistently.
• Ecommerce background – Bonus if you’ve worked with premium DTC or beauty brands.
