About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing international performance marketing company working with lead-generation brands across multiple niches. They are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who specializes in direct-response ad creatives and can consistently deliver high-performing static ads, UGC-style videos, and motion-based explainers.
This is a long-term remote role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands performance marketing, and knows how to create creatives that convert.
Key Responsibilities

Static Ad Design
Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google
Create scroll-stopping, direct-response oriented layouts
Produce creatives optimized for CTR, thumb-stop rate, and conversions
Translate brand guidelines into performance-focused designs

Video Editing
Edit UGC-style videos for Meta, TikTok & Snapchat
Add captions, hooks, CTAs, transitions, and engaging motion elements
Export and optimize videos in multiple aspect ratios
Create explainer/animated videos for education-based funnels
Repurpose existing assets into new high-performance variations

Creative Strategy & Iteration
Collaborate with media buyers to understand angles and hooks
Create multiple variations per concept for A/B testing
Review creative performance data and improve next iterations

Workflow & Collaboration
Meet deadlines consistently and manage multiple projects at once
Follow creative briefs with minimal supervision
Maintain organized project files and deliver upload-ready assets
Required Skills & Experience
3–4+ years of professional experience in performance ad creative design
Portfolio demonstrating high-converting ad creatives (not just branding)
Proficiency with:
Adobe Creative Suite
CapCut
Premiere Pro
After Effects
Figma
Strong understanding of:
UGC and organic-style ad formats
Direct-response aesthetics and ad psychology
Hooks, angles, pain points
Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
Strong attention to detail — aspect ratios, captions, pacing, hierarchy, export settings
Bonus Skills
Experience with storytelling-based UGC formats
Ability to produce 3–5 variations per concept
Familiarity with niches such as beauty, wellness, SaaS, coaching, AI, real estate, medspa
Most Important Outcome
The designer must consistently deliver high-converting static ads, UGC videos, and animated explainers that improve CTR, thumb-stop rate, and CPL across multiple international campaigns.
- This role removes creative bottlenecks and enables their media buyers to scale efficiently.
