Hiring: Social Media Manager + Graphic Designer + Video Editor

We are looking for a highly creative, multi-skilled professional who can manage our brand's digital presence end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who understands branding, creates visually powerful content, and can turn ideas into campaigns that engage, influence, and convert.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing our complete social media presence while also producing high-quality graphics and videos. The ideal candidate will be able to translate brand objectives into compelling content and maintain a consistent, polished brand identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
  • Research trends, audience behaviour, and competitors
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs
  • Publish and schedule content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Track analytics and recommend growth strategies

2. Graphic Design

  • Create visually appealing graphics for posts, stories, ads, banners, and promotional content
  • Design carousels, thumbnails, campaign creatives, and branded visuals
  • Maintain consistency with brand identity and guidelines

3. Video Editing

  • Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
  • Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and sound design
  • Create storytelling-driven edits that improve retention and impact

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management
  • Strong portfolio of designs + video edits (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite / Canva / CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
  • Strong sense of design, branding, and creative storytelling
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

  • Basic photography
  • Experience running paid ads
  • Knowledge of SEO or YouTube optimisation
  • Ability to generate ideas and contribute creatively to brand campaigns
