- Brand kits & basic brand identity work
- Packaging mockups (if required)
- Thumbnail designs (YouTube)
Video Editing:
- Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts / TikTok
- Performance ad creatives
- Motion graphics & animated text
- Captioning & hook-based editing
- Repurposing long videos into short clips
Required SkillsDesign Tools:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva (for fast execution)
- Figma (basic understanding)
Video Tools:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut (preferred for short-form)
What We Expect (Agency Standard)
- Ability to handle 3–5 design tasks daily
- 3–6 short videos daily (based on complexity)
- Strong understanding of:
- Color psychology
- Typography hierarchy
- Hook-based video editing
- Performance ad creatives
- Fast turnaround time
- Minimal revisions
- Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously
Bonus Skills
- Experience with US/Canada clients
- Knowledge of AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, etc.)
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels
- Motion graphics expertise
- Packaging design experience
