Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Location: Remote

Type: Part-time (3-week contract to start)

Hours: Around 25 hours/week (must be available 9PM–2AM)

We’re looking for a visually driven creative who can design, edit, and bring ideas to life across both static and motion formats. This role blends graphic design, social media content creation, and short-form video editing-ideal for someone who moves fast, thinks visually, and knows how to make content feel engaging and on-brand.

Responsibilities

Design & Branding

  • Create print collateral including flyers, brochures, business cards, and presentations
  • Develop style guides, brand assets, and logo concepts
  • Produce additional marketing materials as needed

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Design engaging social media graphics, banners, and carousels
  • Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and trends
  • Add motion elements, captions, and basic transitions to enhance engagement

Creative Execution

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content
  • Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and audiences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to turn ideas into compelling visuals and videos
  • Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times

Workflow (Nice to Have)

  • Use Monday.com or similar tools to track tasks and deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design, social media content creation, and video editing
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both print design and short-form video work
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work independently, balancing speed with quality
  • High attention to detail and a strong eye for design and motion
