About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at ClickUp. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a diverse range of visual assets across multiple platforms, including branding, product marketing, web, social media, advertising, print, events, and out-of-home campaigns. You will take ownership of creative projects from conception through to final delivery, often leading initiatives in collaboration with external stakeholders. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and evolve ClickUp’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and high-quality visual standards across all digital and print touchpoints. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the visual language of a rapidly growing SaaS company, utilizing your design expertise and innovative mindset to support our marketing and branding objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within SaaS, technology, or B2B brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across print, digital, and presentation projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for both print and digital design.
- Experience with UX/UI design tools, with Figma preferred.
- Deep understanding of design principles including typography, composition, color theory, imagery, and illustration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accountability and adaptability.
- Experience leading creative projects and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and working with external agencies.
- Knowledge of brand guideline development and maintenance.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies to enhance creative workflows, generate concepts, and optimize asset production.
- Remote work capability with the ability to support Pacific Time zone hours and flexibility to support weekend work if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and elevate ClickUp’s brand aesthetic across all digital and physical touchpoints by conceptualizing, creating, and updating visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Design, revise, and produce a variety of marketing and advertising materials, including web and social ads, infographics, reports, videos, slides, websites, blogs, and trade show displays to support sales, customer success, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop systems, templates, and processes to streamline asset creation, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
- Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated brand experience for users and stakeholders.
- Lead creative projects from concept through to final execution, including taking ownership of projects initiated by others and ensuring timely delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand project requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to foster growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with external agencies when necessary to ensure brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance creative output, generate innovative ideas, and streamline production workflows.
