About The Role
The Senior Graphic Designer (Visual Communications) is a vital role supporting the executive office by delivering high-quality visual content that enhances communication clarity, engagement, and alignment across the organization. This position involves partnering closely with senior leaders, business managers, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling presentations, manage communication projects, and shape the visual strategy for executive initiatives. Qualifications
10–15 years of experience in design and communications, with in-house support for executives or internal communications teams.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.Experience in graphic design, photography, and video production/editing.Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time.Excellent organizational, written communication, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design and develop executive-level collateral including town halls, conference presentations, newsletters, onboarding materials, diversity and inclusion campaigns, and recognition programs.Create branded templates, campaign artwork, and multimedia assets for internal and external channels.Provide video production and broadcast support for large-scale events such as all-hands meetings and leadership forums.Manage content development from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with messaging, tone, and brand standards.Partner with business stakeholders to track progress, report results, and incorporate feedback effectively.Contribute to the refinement of visual communication strategies by analyzing feedback, exploring creative approaches, and identifying opportunities for engagement enhancement.Support the organization’s communication initiatives through innovative visual solutions and multimedia content.
