About The Role

The Senior Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in transforming marketing ideas into compelling visual content across multiple mediums, including email, digital publishing, print, and video. This role involves collaborating closely with the marketing team and vendor partners to develop innovative designs that align with brand standards and marketing objectives. The Senior Designer will take ownership of broader projects and events, making strategic decisions and utilizing additional resources to ensure high-quality deliverables. This position requires a creative thinker with strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Graphic Designer will also be responsible for maintaining consistency in branding and visual identity across all platforms, contributing to the overall success of Almo’s marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as a visual designer; 5-7 years of related experience for senior levelProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and layoutExperience with HTML/CSS and responsive design frameworksKnowledge of Content Management Systems and social media platformsFamiliarity with video production, editing, and motion graphicsExcellent problem-solving skills and visual storytelling abilitySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlinesUnderstanding of branding standards and ability to enforce them across various media

Responsibilities

Interpret design briefs and determine project requirements and scopeDevelop concepts, layouts, and final designs for email campaigns, newsletters, digital publications, trade show signage, sell sheets, and white papersCreate rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedbackDesign logos, illustrations, and other visual elements manually or using software toolsSelect appropriate colors, fonts, and layouts to ensure visual appeal and brand consistencyCollaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to produce final designsTest graphics across various media and platforms to ensure quality and responsivenessMake revisions based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet brand standardsResearch emerging visual and interaction design technologies and incorporate innovative solutionsLead creative intake sessions and provide art direction for associated projectsOversee the completion of design work within assigned business units and ensure timely deliveryMaintain and enforce brand standards both internally and publiclyCoordinate with other departments to bring marketing programs from concept to distribution
