About The Role

Bon Appetit is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in the Bay Area, CA. This remote position plays a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by creating visually compelling materials that bring proposals, presentations, and collateral to life. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while also managing multiple projects independently under tight deadlines. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across digital and print platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization that values creativity and innovation in its marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant graphic design experience, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and deadline management
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; familiarity with Adobe XD and After Effects is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint; experience with Canva is advantageous
• Strong conceptual thinking and a versatile design skill set encompassing print, digital, typography, and presentation design
• Experience with web, interactive design, and video editing is a plus
• Proficiency in Mac and PC environments, with a good understanding of cross-platform workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to strict deadlines
• Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design work
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to generate multiple creative solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop, brainstorm, and execute innovative design concepts for sales proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Maintain consistency and integrity of the company's visual branding from initial concept to final delivery
• Set up and manage templates and styles across various design deliverables to ensure uniformity in typeface, layout, and style
• Ensure all imagery and graphics are high-resolution, properly licensed, and aligned with content themes
• Reskin reusable assets, templates, and marketing materials as needed for various campaigns
• Create engaging PowerPoint, InDesign, and Canva presentations tailored for sales and marketing purposes
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work
• Assist with last-minute edits and revisions to sales materials to support dynamic project needs
