About The Role
Presence is seeking a temporary, part-time Senior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this role is ideal for a strategic and creative professional capable of transforming complex ideas into visually compelling content. The Senior Graphic Designer will take ownership of the end-to-end creative process for various marketing campaigns, playing a vital role in elevating the company's brand presence. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to contribute to a growing organization by delivering high-quality design solutions that support marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, People, and Operations—to develop consistent and engaging visual content that aligns with business goals. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards. Additionally, the designer will work with senior leadership to refine brand guidelines, maintain visual systems, and manage digital assets effectively, contributing to the company's overall creative strategy.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in marketing design, preferably within a fast-paced B2B environment
- Experience in both agency and in-house roles is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX design tools is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print media
- Expertise in presentation design using Google Slides and PowerPoint, with the ability to create editable templates
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, UI/UX best practices, and communication strategies
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with excellent time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives
- Bonus skills: Video editing, motion graphics, familiarity with WCAG standards, copywriting skills
- Must submit an online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, website assets, presentations, brochures, and event collateral
- Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into engaging visual content
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
- Work closely with the Creative Director and VP of Marketing to refine and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, and templates
- Contribute strategic insights and creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Maintain and organize digital assets within the company's digital asset management platform (DAM)
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design practices into projects
