Graphic Designer & Social Media VA

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can also help manage the publishing of our content across social media.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both designing visuals and making sure they actually get posted and seen. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create branded graphics, support video content, and schedule posts across our platforms.

The role suits someone organised, creative and reliable who takes ownership of getting content from idea → design → posted online.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create branded graphics for social media, email campaigns and website content
• Design thumbnails, reel covers and marketing visuals
• Design documents, e-books, signage, branded backgrounds and collateral
• Maintain brand consistency across all graphics
• Prepare designs in the correct formats for different platforms

Social Media Publishing

• Upload and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Add captions, hashtags and links when posting
• Organise and maintain the content calendar
• Ensure posts go live correctly and on time

Content Support

• Resize graphics for different platforms
• Help prepare visual assets for videos and campaigns
• Organise design files and templates

Skills & Experience

• Strong graphic design skills
• Experience using Canva and/or Adobe tools
• Experience posting and scheduling content on social media
• Understanding of social media formats and sizes
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisation and time management
• Ability to follow brand guidelines

Bonus if they have experience with:

• Designing PDF Web Books
• Social media content planning
• Marketing campaigns

What Success Looks Like

• Graphics are high quality and on brand
• Content is posted consistently and on schedule
• Files and templates are organised
• The marketing team doesn’t have to chase content uploads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 per month
