About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to lead the visual identity and online presence of our brand. This role blends design excellence with strategic social media execution, making it ideal for someone who is both artistic and digitally savvy.

You will be responsible for designing on-brand visual assets across platforms while also managing the distribution, scheduling, and performance optimization of content. You do not need to come up with brand narratives from scratch; the focus is on bringing ideas to life visually and ensuring consistent digital delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design engaging graphics, banners, carousels, reels/video covers, and short-form motion content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Develop branding elements such as templates, typography systems, visual guidelines, and marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, ads, presentations).
  • Edit and repurpose existing media into fresh, platform-optimized formats.
  • Maintain consistency across all visual assets while evolving the brand creatively.

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish content across relevant platforms using tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Optimize posts (captions, hashtags, tags, timing) to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor performance analytics and prepare basic reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (copywriters, marketing, product/team leads) to ensure timely rollout of campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience designing content for startups or brands.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, or similar creative role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects) or Canva/Figma.
  • Basic understanding of platform best practices, content ratios, and trends across major social channels.
  • Knowledge of video editing (short-form content/reels / TikTok) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, quick turnaround ability, and willingness to experiment creatively.

Bonus: Proficiency in animation and motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Animate,

Blender) (Candidates who are proficient in these will be given priority.)
