About Us

The Sign Pack (www.thesignpack.com) is a global design agency specializing in signage. We work with sign companies across the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, providing creative layouts, vehicle wraps, production files, and more. Our team is 100% remote, multicultural, and highly collaborative.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is part of a Design Team Unit and focuses on creating new sign projects as well as preparing production-ready files. If you have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow in the signage industry — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Create and adapt layouts for a wide variety of signage (vehicle graphics, dimensional signs, large format, etc.)
• Prepare production-ready files following client requirements
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Project Managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Communicate with your team daily to ensure projects stay on track
• Support teammates to help achieve design production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience in a creative/artistic field
• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer (freelance experience accepted with portfolio)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Solid understanding of Raster vs Vector, RGB vs CMYK, and print production requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow design briefs in English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience in signage or vehicle graphics is a plus
