JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling illustrations based on client briefs, creative direction, and design requirements. You will collaborate with team leads, art directors, and fellow illustrators to produce high-quality, impactful visuals that align with project goals and meet client expectations. Your expertise in both traditional and digital illustration techniques, along with proficiency in design software, will play a key role in delivering creative solutions across various projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create illustrations based on client briefs, design requirements, or creative directions.
• Collaborate with team leads, art directors, and co-illustrators to understand project objectives and deliver illustrations that meet clients’ expectations.
• Use traditional and digital illustration techniques to create high-quality visuals that effectively convey messages.
• Use various software tools, such Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar applications, to create and manipulate illustrations digitally.
• Ensure that illustrations are delivered within agreed-upon deadlines and meet the required quality standards.
• Make revisions and modifications to illustrations based on feedback and critique from clients or project stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience as a Visual Designer/Graphic Artist, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of illustration styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in digital illustration techniques
• Advanced knowledge of illustration software tools Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong artistic skills, keen eye for composition, color, and detail.
• Excellent understanding of design principles and their application in illustrations.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
• Flexibility and willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions to illustrations.
• Openness to leverage tools like AI-generated art
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to generate unique and innovative illustration concepts.
