Graphic Designer (E-commerce & Marketing) - Remote Role

Happinayls Pte Ltd is a fast-growing e-commerce and retail company specializing in nail art and nail care products. We operate across multiple brands and channels, including major retail partnerships, e-commerce platforms, and distribution networks.
Role Overview
We are looking for a capable and execution-focused Graphic Designer to support our marketing team across multiple brands.
This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working in a high-output, campaign-driven environment, where design is closely tied to business performance. You will work on both digital and retail marketing materials, supporting real campaigns across e-commerce platforms and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & E-commerce Design
- Design visuals for Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok Shop campaigns
- Create banners, product visuals, promotional graphics, and campaign assets
- Support major campaign periods (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
Content & Social Media
- Design content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Create visuals for posts, stories, and short-form video content
- Assist with basic video editing (Reels, TikTok)
Retail & Offline Design
- Design marketing materials for:
- In-store campaigns (e.g. Guardian)
- Posters, flyers, and POSM
- Booth visuals for warehouse sales and beauty expos
Execution & Workflow
- Translate briefs into clear, effective visuals aligned with campaign goals
- Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Revise and improve creatives based on feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Exposure to beauty, FMCG, or consumer product brands
- Awareness of social media trends and content formats
