Work Schedule:

• Time Range: Between 7 AM – 7 PM CST (Graveyard shift)
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
• Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing a wide range of visual content across digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, marketing materials, branding assets, and more. This role requires both artistic flair and technical skill to effectively communicate our brand’s message and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, infographics, and presentations.
• Create branding materials including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual style guides.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Edit and optimize images for web and print.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to accept feedback and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or motion graphics is a plus, but not required.
