We’re hiring a Creative Production Specialist / Graphic Designer to own all static asset creation for Paid Social, Organic, and Performance channels. This is a hands-on, high-output role for a designer who thrives on fast iteration, experimentation, and delivering assets that move metrics — especially CTR and thumb-stop rate.

Your mission: produce 20–40 high-performing static assets every week across ads, thumbnails, email visuals, banners, and PMax creative needs.

How you’ll contribute

This is a production-heavy, performance‑driven creative role.

Static Creative Production (Core Execution)

  • Design static ads for Meta, TikTok, PMax/Demand Gen.
  • Create high‑CTR thumbnails for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
  • Build meme-style iterations using UGC frames.
  • Turn raw UGC stills into scroll‑stopping hooks.
  • Produce motion-light variants: GIFs and light animations.
  • Create Amazon-style image stacks when needed.
  • Maintain visual and brand consistency across all asset types.
  • Deliver continuous high-volume variations for testing.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Receive creative briefs weekly from the Performance Creative Manager.
  • Ensure rapid turnaround and reliable creative output.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers, creative strategists, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, fast feedback loops, and seamless execution.
  • Analyze performance data to improve design patterns and frameworks.

AI‑Enabled Efficiency

  • Generate concepts via Midjourney, Gemini, DALL·E, Ideogram.
  • Use smart tools for background removal, cropping, enhancement, and overlays.
  • Leverage open-source AI tools (online or local deployments) such as Stable Diffusion or ComfyUI to accelerate creative workflows, prototyping, and asset variation.

Your success will be measured by production volume, design performance, and iteration speed.

Weekly KPIs

  • 20–40 static assets delivered.
  • CTR / thumb‑stop rate improvements.
  • Speed of turnaround on briefs.
  • Number of variations produced per concept.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role

  • High‑volume creative production mindset.
  • Experience designing assets for Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, PMax).
  • Fluency in Canva + Photoshop or Figma.
  • Strong communication, organization, and consistency in output.

Nice to have:

  • PMax / Demand Gen creative experience.
  • Basic motion skills (CapCut, light After Effects).
  • Understanding of direct‑response principles.
  • Knowledge of Open Source AI tools (online and/or local deployments), including tools.
