THE JOB

(A) THE BASIC STUFF

• Plan and execute photoshoots and videoshoots for client campaigns, social media content, and advertisements. You will be the main person in charge of shooting, lighting, styling setup, and ensuring the visual direction matches the campaign objective.
• Handle post production editing, retouching, colour correction, and video editing for social media content and ads.
• Work with the content team and project managers to conceptualise visual content ideas for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
• Prepare moodboards, shot lists, and basic storyboards before shoots to ensure smooth production.
• Assist in brainstorming campaign visuals, content ideas, and creative proposals for clients.
• Ensure all visual content produced is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create attractive and engaging graphic design and video creatives for social media content, ads, and marketing materials.

(B) THE ADDITIONAL STUFF

• Source props, talents, locations, and styling ideas for shoots.
• Assist in behind-the-scenes content creation during shoots for social media use.
• Learn and experiment with new photography styles, lighting techniques, video trends, and editing styles.

IF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBE YOU, TALK TO US!

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects
• Avid social media user.
• Able to speak and write in English fluently (additional languages are a plus!)
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure and fantastic interpersonal skills,
• Able to operate a DSLR camera.
• A curious mind and willing to learn attitude!

SKILLS THAT ARE A GOOD TO HAVE, BUT NOT A MUST HAVE

- If you've had past experience operating lighting equipment, this would be a plus point.
