About the Role

Lion Group is expanding its in-house marketing team and seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Figma and modern design tools. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tech companies or digital agencies, where they've crafted compelling visuals that drive engagement and brand growth.

This role offers a chance to work on global portfolio brands across industries, elevating their digital presence with innovative, AI-enhanced design techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics, UI elements, social media visuals, banners, and marketing materials based on project briefs.
• Use Figma proficiently to create, iterate, and prototype designs efficiently.
• Provide creative input on content requests, ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends to infuse innovation into everyday projects.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (portfolio showcasing Figma work required); familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is a plus.
• Proven creativity with a portfolio of visually compelling work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
