Qualifications

Highly Regarded

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience designing reports, manuals, or long-form documents
  • Experience in a professional services, education, or B2B organization
  • Experience creating templates and systems for non-designers
  • Familiarity with Canva and Qwilr

Essential

  • Formal qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate and professional design work
  • High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong PowerPoint design skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and layout accuracy
  • Strong understanding of print production and digital design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong typography and layout skills
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines
