Overview
We’re looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer with a strong focus on paid campaign creatives and social media advertising assets. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of performance marketing, and can translate strategic marketing goals into compelling visual content that drives results. You will work across digital campaigns, motion graphics, paid social media, and event branding—ensuring every visual is optimized for conversion while staying on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-performing visual assets for paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Display Network, and programmatic ads.
- Create thumb-stopping creatives tailored for paid social media ads, incorporating best practices for attention, clarity, and conversion.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and demand generation teams to develop A/B testable ad variations optimized for CTR and lead generation.
- Develop static and animated digital ads, social banners, landing page visuals, and email graphics.
- Work on event-related branding, including banners, standees, backdrops, and other physical and digital event collaterals.
- Create engaging motion graphics, short-form videos, and animated brand elements for digital use—especially for social campaigns.
- Support marketing and content teams in developing visual assets for campaigns, microsites, and sales enablement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels while exploring new visual trends in paid media and SaaS branding.
- Manage multiple projects with tight timelines, ensuring delivery aligned with campaign goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience designing for performance marketing, paid social campaigns, or digital advertising in a fast-paced environment (preferably B2B or SaaS).
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and Canva Pro (for rapid ad variations).
- Demonstrated experience with motion design, video editing, and animated creatives optimized for digital advertising.
- Clear understanding of creative best practices for LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta and other paid media platforms.
- Knowledge of creative performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and CVR—and how to design to influence them.
- A portfolio that includes examples of paid ad creatives, social media graphics, and motion/video content.
- Strong aesthetic and typographic sense, attention to detail, and ability to iterate quickly.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with data-driven design or performance analytics tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
- Experience working closely with paid media teams or agencies to iterate on creative performance.

Pay: ₹10,134.06 - ₹34,272.09 per month
