Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support our creative needs across social media, ads, decks, and campaign materials. You’ll be responsible for taking briefs submitted via our internal request form and turning them into polished, brand-aligned designs. Timing of work is flexible, but deliverables must be completed within 48 hours of request submission (or sooner for urgent matters).
This role requires strong design skills, a creative eye, and the ability to mesh and intersect different branding guidelines. You’ll primarily be working with Muses’ own creative guidelines but also be collaborating on client-branded content once in a while!
Core Responsibilities:
Social Media & Ad Design
- Create graphics for Instagram posts, stories, and reels.
- Develop visuals for paid ads across platforms.
Presentation & Campaign Assets
- Design decks, one-pagers, and pitch presentations.
- Support event and activation teams with creative needs.
Client-Branded Work
- Adapt and design creative assets following client brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure designs align with campaign briefs.
Workflow & Turnaround
- Receive design requests through internal forms.
- Deliver final designs within 48 hours of request (or sooner if urgent).
- Maintain consistent quality and creativity across all outputs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
- Familiarity with Gen Z culture and aesthetic trends.
- Strong sense of branding, visual hierarchy, and layout.
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Experience designing for social media, decks, and digital campaigns.
Additional Information
- Time Commitment: 50 hours per month (flexible schedule).
- Compensation: INR 20,000 per month.
- Remote role: open to applicants across India.
