Graphic Designer / Paid Ads Editor

We're looking for an editor who gets e-commerce.

At LIDAH, we make handcrafted instruments, handpans, tongue drums, shamanic drums — built by a small Balinese team in their Bali workshop. Our customers are calm seekers, curious beginners, and people who've never played an instrument before. Sound, stillness, and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do.

We're growing fast, and we need a creative partner to help us find what works.

What you'll do:

You'll edit and produce static and video content built for paid social, Meta ads, primarily. Testing what stops the scroll. Iterating on what converts. You'll also play a key role in developing our brand essence and visual identity alongside the team.

This is a role for someone who understands the difference between content that performs and content that just looks nice.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience creating and editing e-commerce ad content (statics + video/Reels + Caroussel)
  • A strong portfolio with examples of ads you've tested and iterated on
  • An eye for calm, warm, human-feeling visuals, not overproduced, not generic
  • Comfortable working in a fast feedback loop: ship, test, learn, repeat
  • Part-time availability: 2–3 days per week

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with direct-to-consumer or lifestyle/wellness brands
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or performance context (you don't need to run the ads — but understanding what you're making for helps)

What you get:

  • A genuine, independent brand with a strong community behind it
  • Creative freedom within a clear brand identity
  • Collaborative work on brand visuals and identity development
  • Flexible, part-time setup

If your work tends toward natural light, real moments, and a slower aesthetic, we'd love to hear from you.
