About The Role
We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to develop engaging static and motion assets that support our marketing initiatives across various channels. As a key member of our design team, you will work on a diverse range of projects, from small social media ads to large-scale website content. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, possesses strong technical skills, and has a proven track record of producing high-quality motion graphics in an in-house setting. You will collaborate closely with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life, utilizing cutting-edge techniques and technologies to enhance our visual communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or a related field2-3 years of professional experience as a motion designer or in a similar roleA compelling portfolio showcasing your motion graphic workExpertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe PremiereProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and design principlesAbility to translate concepts into creative and effective visual assetsAttention to detail, adaptability, and openness to feedbackAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBonus: Experience with Blender or Adobe Animate
Responsibilities
Develop and produce static and motion assets for various marketing channels including social ads, organic social content, email campaigns, display ads, and website contentUnderstand project needs, design storyboards, and create and edit animations accordinglyContribute to larger projects as part of the Video Production team, ensuring consistency and qualityProvide and receive constructive and creative feedback across teams to refine visual assetsCollaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and technical feasibilityUtilize conceptual and design skills to bring ideas to life through innovative motion graphicsApply advanced techniques and technologies to shape the details of motion projectsCoordinate with programmers to integrate visual elements seamlessly into functional digital experiences
