Job Brief
We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer & Marketing Support to join our team in a hybrid role that blends high-quality visual design with client-facing support and marketing assistance. This role is ideal for a designer who is not only passionate about creating engaging digital assets but also enjoys collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. The successful candidate will support both customer success and marketing teams by delivering standout creative work and ensuring smooth delivery of customer and demo assets.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging digital assets for client-facing engagement hubs, demos, and marketing use
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to create tailored graphics for specific client needs
- Respond to client requests for creative revisions or content updates in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in onboarding new clients by preparing branded visuals or content templates
- Support the Marketing team with ad hoc graphic design tasks including social media visuals, email headers, and campaign materials
- Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration with Product, CS, and Marketing teams
- Maintain and organise asset libraries and templates for internal use
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a commercial setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital channels (web, social, email, etc.)
- Proven experience collaborating with clients or customer success teams
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Prior experience in SaaS or tech-focused design roles
- Basic video editing or animation skills
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or content strategies
- Exposure to UX/UI design principles
Software Proficiency
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Canva
- Figma (preferred)
- Google Workspace
- Project management tools such as Asana or Trello (desirable)
