As part of a small, creative, and collaborative team, you’ll help define and communicate the lead4ward brand through compelling design and strategic marketing. You will design engaging visual materials, support professional learning initiatives, and strengthen lead4ward’s presence across digital, print, events, and social media channels.

required qualifications:

• 3–5 years of design experience with BA in Graphic Design or equivalent
• proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Office
• familiarity with printing processes
• strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• flexibility and adaptability as project needs and priorities shift

preferred qualifications:

• experience in education-related design or marketing
• knowledge of Texas K–12 education context.
