Position Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who will play a critical role in producing high-performing visual assets for paid media and conversion-focused marketing initiatives. This role directly impacts client growth by translating brand guidelines and campaign objectives into polished, on-brand creative that meets platform requirements and tight timelines. You’ll be trusted to deliver accurate, high-quality work with minimal revisions while collaborating closely with internal teams to maintain The Visionary Group’s creative standards.
Requirements/Experience:
- 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, eCommerce, or performance marketing environment
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma preferred)
- Demonstrated experience creating assets for Meta ads, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns
- Deep understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proven ability to follow detailed briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction with precision
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent track record of error-free deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle revisions efficiently
- Familiarity with Meta ad specifications, asset sizing, and digital design best practices
- Excellent communication skills and dependable availability during CST working hours
Roles & Responsibilities for this position:
- Produce high-quality graphic assets for Meta ads, landing pages, and related marketing materials that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Deliver all creative assets in the correct formats, dimensions, and variations as specified by The Visionary Group to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Rigorously follow brand standards, including approved fonts, colors, logos, messaging hierarchy, and established design systems for each client
- Conduct thorough self-reviews and quality assurance checks on all assets before submission to minimize errors and revisions
- Ensure all copy within designs is spell-checked, grammatically correct, and formatted appropriately for its intended platform and use case
- Verify that all graphics use correct logo versions, brand fonts, and approved visual elements without exception
- Ensure images, illustrations, and layouts meet professional design standards and precisely match creative instructions and briefs
- Consistently meet or exceed turnaround times for standard deliverables, rush requests, and revisions as defined by the agency
- Maintain reliable availability during agreed-upon CST working hours to support timely communication, feedback, and iteration
- Implement internal and client feedback quickly and accurately, delivering strong first drafts that reduce the need for excessive revisions
- Stay current on platform requirements, including Meta ad specifications and landing page best practices, while maintaining proficiency in required design tools
