About the Role

MDP Group is looking for a junior to intermediate graphic designer to support digital and print design projects across multiple industries. You’ll work remotely from the Philippines, collaborating with our Canadian team through Wrike with clear direction and structured workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Create digital and print design assets for campaigns and brand work
• Build clean, production-ready files
• Follow brand guidelines
• Support animation, video, or rendering work if you have the skills
• Communicate clearly and update tasks through Wrike
• Deliver on time to prevent time zone delays

What We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Good communication, reliability, and attention to detail
• Able to work Philippine hours with daily updates
• Comfortable following structured direction and meeting timelines

• Simple animation or video editing
• Basic motion graphics
• 3D rendering
• Social content design experience

Onboarding

Initial training requires 3 hours of overlap with EST for a few days. After that, all work is done during Philippine hours.
