What This Role Is About:
As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will work closely with Content Writers, Client Account Managers, and the Marketing team to design high quality creatives primarily for LinkedIn.
This role is for someone who enjoys translating ideas into visuals, understands clean and professional branding, and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment with clear deadlines.
You will not just “design posts.” You will contribute to how founders and brands are visually positioned
online.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution:
• Create LinkedIn creatives, carousels, banners, and branded visual assets
• Translate written content into engaging and structured visual formats
• Ensure designs align with brand voice, tone, and positioning
• Deliver first drafts that require minimal corrections
Collaboration:
• Work closely with Content Writers to understand the intent behind each post
• Coordinate with Client Account Managers for client feedback and revisions
• Participate in discussions to understand strategy before execution
Quality and Ownership:
• Maintain consistency across client brand kits and design styles
• Ensure all creatives are original, accurate, and client ready
• Manage timelines effectively and deliver within deadlines
• Take ownership of revisions and feedback implementation
Who Can Apply:
• Students currently pursuing Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields
• Recent graduates looking for hands on agency experience
• Someone available during defined working hours
• Candidates comfortable working remotely
Skills and Tools:
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn content formats and trends is a plus
• Attention to detail and structured working style
