Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer Intern at Xarwiz, you will support our marketing and design team by creating visual assets that align with our clients’ brand identities and campaign goals. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real projects, build your portfolio, and learn how design works within a digital-marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital graphics: social-media posts, banners, web visuals, digital ads, email headers, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign briefs into creative visuals.
- Work on branding assets: logos, iconography, style guides, colour schemes, typography.
- Assist in designing for websites/blogs: hero images, thumbnails, banners, infographics.
- Ensure visual consistency across all design outputs and maintain brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with current design and digital-marketing trends, tools and techniques.
- Receive feedback, iterate designs fast, meet internal deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Strong sense of colour, layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
- At least some design work (academic projects / personal / freelance) to show — i.e., a simple portfolio or sample pieces.
- Creative mindset, good attention to detail, willingness to learn and experiment.
- Ability to work in a remote environment, respond to feedback, manage time and collaborate.
- Interest in digital marketing, branding and online campaigns is a plus.
