What You'll Do

As a Design & Illustration Intern at Bscool, you'll be part of the creative team from day one. You'll assist on live projects, learn the Bscool brand inside out, and develop your skills in a fast-moving, creative environment.

• Assist in creating illustrations, character artwork and graphic assets for Bscool products
• Support the team on layout design, mood boards and visual research
• Learn to work within established brand guidelines and adapt your style accordingly
• Explore and experiment with AI tools as part of the creative process
• Participate in team reviews and take on feedback with an open, growth mindset
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative energy to ongoing projects

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience — but you do need passion, a strong foundation and a genuine love for design and illustration. We care more about how you think and what you create than how long you've been doing it.

• Recently graduated in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts or a related creative field
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop — you know your way around the tools
• Illustration ability — you can draw, sketch or create characters digitally
• Good English — written communication with the team will be in English
• A genuine passion for design, fashion and visual aesthetics — you notice beauty in the details
• Reliable, curious and eager to learn — you take initiative and ask good questions

Bonus Points

• Interest in children's design, toys, stationery or fashion illustration
• Experience with AI image tools or digital painting
• A portfolio or personal project that shows your illustration style
