What Youll Do

• Design eye-catching graphics, creatives, and brand assets for social media, Amazon, Shopify, and ads.
• Use GenAI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) to generate and refine visual concepts.
• Edit videos and reels (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Collaborate daily with international team members must communicate ideas clearly.
• Proactively come up with fresh creative ideas to make the brand stand out.
• Bring sketching and hand-drawn concepts into digital form to enhance originality.
• Help align the team visually by presenting and explaining your design approach.
• Manage multiple priorities without missing deadlines.

Must-Have Skills

Strong creativity & ability to think outside the box

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

Video editing (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)

Experience with AI design tools (bonus if youve used them for client projects)

Excellent spoken English must interact with US-based team members daily

Ability to sketch/draw concepts and translate them into graphic design tools

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize

Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver consistently

Work Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST

Must be punctual and available during these hours to collaborate with international teams.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit their portfolio of past design and video work along with the application.

Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Test Task

Shortlisted candidates will be given a paid design test task to assess creativity, originality, and ability to meet deadlines.

Only those who clear the test will move forward to interviews.
