About the Job:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to enhance our app’s visual identity. The ideal candidate should have strong visual communication skills and a portfolio that stands out for its unique and well-thought-out designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scroll-stopping visuals: carousels, quote cards, infographics, etc.
• Create a system of reusable templates (Figma/Canva)
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Gamma, Canva AI) to boost speed & creativity
• Translate smart ideas (frameworks, UX/UI, Kaizen, partner stories) into visuals
• Keep everything aligned with our bold, clean, and scalable brand

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio of social media graphics (especially LinkedIn-style)
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Canva
• Confident with AI design tools – this is not optional
• Clear communicator, fast executor
