CustomFunnel is looking for a world-class Static Ads Designer. This job is for you if you are proficient in creating stunning visual design and direct response marketing principles.

We are an Advertising Accelerator built for brands that care about profit first. Our focus is simple: every strategy, landing page, and creative we deploy is designed to accelerate growth without sacrificing margin, turning ad spend into predictable, sustainable profit.

We manage multiple-7-figures per month in Meta ad spend, and need a killer creative to help us deliver ads for our offers. There is extreme upside to joining our high-powered team. Core Responsibilities Include:

• Create highly engaging static ads across all clients using provided copy, brand guidelines, and performance references
• Deliver exceptional quality at speed—completing urgent client deliverables while maintaining pixel-perfect standards
• Research winning ad concepts using tools like Foreplay and Atria to stay ahead of creative trends
• Innovate by leveraging AI tools (Midjourney, Artlist, Nanobanana) to push creative boundaries and generate fresh concepts
• Maintain branding consistency across 4-5+ simultaneous clients, ensuring ads align with each brand's guidelines, fonts, color palettes, and landing pages
• Adapt winning ad concepts across multiple platform placements and ratios (feed, stories, reels, etc.)
• Build swipe files and proactively bring fresh, scroll-stopping ideas to the strategy team
• Execute rapid design iterations and changes within tight deadlines
• Provide daily EOD reports on progress, insights, and blockers to the Head of Strategy

Deal Makers:

• Portfolio of proven Meta ads with demonstrable results
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
• Experience using AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Artlist, Nano banana) for ad creation
• Hands-on experience with ad research tools (Foreplay, Atria, Meta Ads Library)
• Deep understanding of graphic design principles—specifically how to convey complex messaging through visual storytelling
• Proven ability to deliver 3-5+ high-quality ad variations per day
• Self-starter mentality—you take high-level direction and deliver without micromanagement
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn performance insights into winning iterations
