ABOUT THE ROLE
The Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in the agency’s growth as well as our clients’ by crafting compelling designs that drive the success of our clients' campaigns across various industries and platforms. This role enjoys the flexibility of working from office, home, or any location that inspires your creativity. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule for maximum productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Development: Create impactful designs that are aligned with our clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives for online and offline campaigns, including but not limited to assets such as: posters, banners, social media graphics, brochures, backdrops, and website elements etc.
Collaboration & Project Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Be open to experimenting with new formats and styles, and be receptive to constructive feedback to continuously enhance your skills.
QUALIFTICATION REQUIRMENT
This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion in design or individuals with up to three years of experience seeking a dynamic and creative environment. You should have a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. No qualifications but tons of passion and experience? SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of design principles
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- High adaptability and willingness to learn and grow
- Knowledge of 3D Graphic, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus
