Graphic Designer
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to bring brand stories to life through compelling, on-brand visuals across digital and print. As a core member of the Brand & Creative team, this mid-level role supports the development of high-quality creative assets used in campaigns, events, internal communications, and more. The ideal candidate is flexible, versatile, efficient, and collaborative-with an eye for design systems and the ability to consistently deliver polished, brand-aligned work in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and fellow designers to support business objectives through thoughtful visual solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Development & Design Execution
- Individually create and execute design assets across a variety of channels-social media, websites, emails, digital ads, presentations, print collateral, and more.
- Ensure visual consistency across all design deliverables by adhering to brand guidelines and evolving them as needed.
- Support larger campaign concepts and content rollouts by translating them into impactful visuals that enhance the message.
- Collaborate with content writers and stakeholders to align visuals with messaging and business intent.
- Develop compelling presentation decks with the ability to create graphics, charts and supporting visuals that align to the brand.
- Balance creativity with functionality, producing work that looks great and performs effectively.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the Art Director, as well as the broader marketing team, to support project objectives and timelines.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to campaign and brand initiatives.
- Proactively communicate with the team or partners to ask questions and problem solve.
- Independently manage workload while communicating clearly and proactively with project managers and business stakeholders about timelines, project progress, and design decisions to meet deadlines.
- Accept and apply feedback efficiently while advocating for thoughtful design solutions.
File Management & Production:
- Prepare final files for production across digital and print channels, ensuring all specs, formats, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain organized file structures and manage assets in accordance with internal workflows.
- Understands templates and visual systems keeping brand asset library updated, including iconography, templates, and image sourcing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a designer within an in-house marketing team or creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with working knowledge of Figma and/or Canva.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums and styles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing within brand systems for professional services or B2B organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and transparently, communicating clearly and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- A passion for clean, thoughtful design and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
- Familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects or similar) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital production basics.
