We're looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to support client projects across social content, presentation decks, digital ads, and creative assets. This is a design execution role — you'll be given creative direction and will bring it to life with strong, polished output. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate or early-career designer who is building their portfolio and excited to work on real brand projects.
Design aesthetic and technical skill are what matter most in this role — deep knowledge of US youth culture is a plus but not required.
What You'll Work On
- Social media assets (static and animated) for TikTok, Instagram, and brand platforms
- Presentation decks and pitch materials
- Digital ad creative and campaign assets
- Brand collateral and visual identity support
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects a plus)
- Google slide design proficient
- Strong eye for imagery, typography, and layout
- Ability to take creative direction and execute with minimal revisions
- Portfolio demonstrating range across digital and social formats
- Organized, responsive, and communicates clearly in English
Essential
- Experience working with marketing or social agencies
- Familiarity with Motion graphics or Figma
- Experience in youth culture and Gen Z trends
Schedule
: Monday to Friday, part-time (minimum 20 hours per week), aligned with
US Pacific Time
.
Compensation
: Fixed monthly salary ($168–$252) + additional payment for extra hours worked.
