Graphic Designer

The Job

Graphic Designer needed for a boutique production company that specializes in developing and producing projects for comedic talent, including TV shows, podcasts, digital projects and live comedy shows. This candidate will work closely with our founders: a talent manager/producer and top talent (comedian, actor, writer) who can be regularly seen on numerous networks including Showtime, HBO, and Netflix.

Ideally, this candidate would work 2–3 days each week (6–8 hours each day). This is a part-time, hourly position to start, with full-time potential for the right candidate. This role is remote.

The Daily

  • Design compelling visual assets for film campaigns, including posters, digital flyers, pitch decks, and social graphics
  • Develop and maintain cohesive visual identities across projects and platforms
  • Create branded templates for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email newsletters, and website updates
  • Design key art and promotional materials for premieres, screenings, and special events
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and the marketing team to visually translate story, tone, and brand
  • Prepare assets for both digital and print production
  • Ensure consistent typography, color systems, and visual standards across all touchpoints
  • Adapt campaign visuals across multiple formats and aspect ratios
  • Organize and maintain design files, brand assets, and project folders
  • Identify opportunities to elevate visual storytelling through innovative design

The Essentials

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, and digital marketing assets
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects a plus)
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for social media and digital marketing
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit
  • Deep interest in film, storytelling, and culture
  • 2+ years experience in Graphic Design, Creative Marketing, or related field

Pay Range: $20-23/hr

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
