Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-converting visual assets for e-commerce, paid ads, and social media. This role requires both strong design skills and an understanding of performance-driven creative.

Responsibilities

• Design social media ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Create product detail page (PDP) visuals for Shopify
• Develop marketing assets including banners, landing page graphics, and email visuals
• Produce ad variations for A/B testing
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and premium positioning
• Collaborate with the team to translate ideas into high-quality visuals

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience designing for e-commerce brands (Shopify preferred)
• Understanding of social media ad formats and best practices
• Ability to create clean, modern, high-end visuals
• Strong attention to detail and layout composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in DTC brands (baby, skincare, wellness, etc.)
• Familiarity with Figma for layout and collaboration
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles for PDP design
• Understanding of conversion-focused design (CRO)
• Experience creating email marketing visuals (Klaviyo or similar)

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
