DTC / eCommerce ads (paid social, static creatives, GIF’s, AI-assisted design, website graphics)
to produce high-performing visuals at speed.
If you haven't worked on performance-driven creatives before, this role won't be a fit.

Design is one of our primary growth levers.
Right now, creative output is bottlenecked by inconsistent design quality and slow turnaround times. This role exists to fix that — by owning execution and turning briefs into
high-performing visual ads
at speed.
This is not a support role.
This is a
production role directly tied to output and growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Owning design from brief → final deliverable without hand-holding
- Producing high-retention, performance-driven ad creatives (static ads, GIFs, AppLovin End Cards)
- Generating and iterating on visuals using AI image generation tools
- Delivering fast, platform-ready outputs across multiple formats
- Maintaining consistent visual quality and brand style across all output
What We're Looking For (Skills + Mindset)
You are not just "good at design" — you understand
what makes ads perform.
You already demonstrate:
- Strong performance-focused design (hooks, hierarchy, visual flow)
- Experience designing static ads, paid social creatives, or DTC / eCommerce content
- Comfort using AI image generation tools as part of your daily workflow
- Clean, consistent execution with minimal errors or rework
- Speed — you can produce quality work under deadlines
- Ownership — you don't wait for instructions, you figure things out
You Will Struggle in This Role If You:
- Have not worked on DTC / eCommerce ads before
- Focus more on aesthetics than performance
- Are uncomfortable using or learning AI design tools
- Need constant direction to complete tasks
- Miss deadlines or rely on multiple revision cycles

- Nanobanana (or equivalent AI image generation)
Experience Requirements
- 2–5+ years of graphic design experience
- Experience designing for social media, ads, or DTC / eCommerce brands
- Proven ability to deliver creative in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Scope of Role
This role is strictly focused on execution.
It does

- Strategy
- Scripting or copywriting
- Photography or filming
- Analytics
What Success Looks Like
- You quickly match our visual style and require minimal corrections
- You consistently deliver on time with 1–2 revision cycles max
- Output volume increases without a drop in quality
- Standard ad formats (static ads, GIFs, End Cards) are produced efficiently
- You become a reliable, go-to creative execution partner for the marketing team
