Graphic Designer/ Document Formatter

Overview

As a skilled Graphic Designer & Document Formatter, you are to support both internal teams and clients through high-quality design and document preparation. This role involves creating presentations, infographics, marketing materials, and ensuring all documents adhere to FYT branding, standards, and version control requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to produce quality work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop professional client and internal presentation decks.
  • Create templates, infographics, charts, and other visual materials to simplify complex concepts.
  • Support consultants with messaging, layout refinement, and presentation flow.
  • Produce marketing and communication materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, and reports.
  • Develop digital assets for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Format and standardize documents according to FYT guidelines and style manuals.
  • Conduct QA/QC and perform final checks on formatted outputs.
  • Provide document control support, including version tracking, distribution, and archiving.
  • Facilitate training on document formatting and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Maintain a library of branded templates, formatting guides, and visual assets.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to ensure consistency across all communication materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic or presentation design.
  • At least 1 year of experience in document formatting or document control is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint/Google Slides, and design tools such as Figma or Canva Pro.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, layout design, and brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with ISO documentation standards or quality management systems is an advantage.
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.
