We are building an AI layer on top of traditional HVAC systems, helping industrial environments move from static automation to adaptive, data-driven operations. By combining real-time sensing, software, and AI-enabled tools, we support smarter decision-making across complex facility and equipment environments.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our branding and visual communication needs. This role will help shape how our company presents itself across marketing materials, presentations, social media, and other brand touchpoints. We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and able to translate ideas into clear, polished visuals.

Work Site & Arrangement

Location: Fully remote, must be based in Massachusetts

Schedule: Part-time with flexible hours

Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Part-Time Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

Design logos and brand identity assets

Create PowerPoint templates and presentation materials

Develop brand color systems and support overall visual consistency

Design mascots, illustrations, or other branded visual elements as needed

Create social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials

Support the development of visual assets for both internal and external communications

Minimum Qualifications:

Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Figma

Strong sense of layout, branding, and visual design

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative

Ability to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications:

Portfolio of past design work

Experience supporting branding, startup, or marketing design needs

Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
