Graphic Designer (Contract Role)

Postman Law's affiliated entity Atticor Group LLC is seeking a
contract
Graphic Designer
to provide hourly services supporting two established brands within our portfolio. This role focuses on execution and production, bringing campaigns to life across print, out-of-home (OOH), and digital advertising while maintaining brand consistency and performance standards.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level designer with strong layout, typography, and production skills who is comfortable working within established brand systems and collaborating closely with marketing leadership. Prior experience in B2C, direct-response, or regulated industries (legal, healthcare, finance) is strongly preferred.

This a remote, contract, hourly-paid position. Though the role is fully remote, candidates in the Chicago area near our downtown Chicago office are preferred. The hourly range for this position is $40 to $55 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visual assets across:

  • Digital advertising (paid social, display, email)

  • Print ads, event materials, and marketing collateral

  • Out-of-home placements such as billboards and transit ads

  • Execute creative within established brand guidelines for two distinct brands

  • Prepare files for print and OOH production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specs

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaign development and rollout

  • Apply feedback efficiently and iterate designs to meet legal, compliance, and performance requirements

  • Support conversion-focused design by implementing best practices for clarity, hierarchy, and call-to-action

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output

  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and advertising best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating advertising, print, and campaign design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Working knowledge of print and OOH production processes
  • Experience designing for B2C and/or direct-response advertising
  • Ability to work within established brand systems and incorporate feedback efficiently
  • Prior experience in regulated industries is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting multiple brands simultaneously
  • Basic motion or animation skills
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
