About Pro-Spin Sports:
Pro-Spin Sports is a Canadian sporting goods brand built from the ground up over the past nine years. We design and sell high-quality racket sports equipment online in North America and Europe. Our categories include Table Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel (coming soon).
We are a lean, high-trust team. There is no bureaucracy here — just a focused group of talented people building something real and long-lasting.
The Opportunity:
Pro-Spin is growing fast, and our design output needs to keep up. This role exists to add serious creative capacity to the team — supporting the Senior Art Director by owning execution so the quality of every piece of work keeps rising as the business scales.
As Graphic Designer at Pro-Spin, you will play a central role in bringing the brand to life across packaging, product, and digital touchpoints. This is a hands-on execution role with real craft — you will own work end-to-end, iterate quickly, and deliver at a high standard across eight international markets.
You will report to the Senior Art Director.
What You Will Own:
Develop initial packaging concepts from visual briefs provided by the Senior Art Director, refining through rounds of feedback.
Execute packaging updates, refreshes, and rollouts across the full catalogue.
Maintain consistency with our visual system as packaging scales across Table Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel.
Prepare production-ready files for manufacturing.
Design and produce digital assets across our website, Amazon listings and storefronts, social channels, and email.
Execute rollouts of new visual work across all eight international markets.
Handle compositing and image production for Amazon photography and on-site creative.
Support new product development with colorway exploration, concept iterations, and refinement work under the direction of the Senior Art Director.
Use AI image generation tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, and similar) to produce usable imagery for packaging, product, and digital applications.
Use AI tools as a genuine part of how you work — not occasionally, but daily.
Who You Are:
3–5 years of design experience at a consumer brand, consumer products company, or agency.
Experience designing for sporting goods or active lifestyle brands is an asset.
Strong portfolio spanning both packaging and digital design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Proficient in Figma.
Proficient in AI image generation tools like Nanobanana.
Highly organized and dependable — follows through, meets deadlines, and holds themselves to a high standard.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Based within approximately two hours of Eastern Time.
Stable home-based setup with reliable internet — this is not a remote-nomad role; the role is tied to a primary location.
Photography or art direction experience is a plus.
