About the Role

Avence Global LLC is seeking a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to join our team. This role requires proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Animate
, with the ability to design compelling
Meta ad creatives, brand identity systems, and marketing materials
. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including carousels, banners, and story creatives.
• Create logos, brand identity designs, and visual guidelines for new and existing brands.
• Develop print and digital marketing collaterals , such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
• Design social media assets to enhance audience engagement.
• Apply typography, layout, and colour theory to produce impactful visuals.
• Contribute to visual storytelling and campaign concept development .
• Perform image retouching and manipulation when required.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Animate .
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual principles .
• Ability to design for both print and digital platforms .
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Freshers with a portfolio of academic or personal projects are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or freelance experience in graphic design (an advantage, not mandatory).
• Knowledge of social media ads and performance-driven creatives .
• Interest in branding and digital design.
