Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for a Graphic Designer supporting Canni Studio and its clients through project-based design work. The Graphic Designer will develop visual identities, brand assets, and digital design materials that align with strategic insights and positioning developed through Canni Studio’s consulting process. The role focuses on translating complex ideas, expertise, and professional positioning into clear and credible visual systems. Responsibilities may include designing logos, selecting typography, creating brand assets, and producing visual materials for digital platforms while ensuring brand consistency. The designer will collaborate with internal strategists and occasionally participate in client meetings to review design concepts, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities

• Design brand identities, logos, and foundational visual assets

• Translate strategic direction, discovery insights, and positioning into visual design concepts

• Create marketing assets such as presentations, social media graphics, and digital visuals

• Apply brand consistency across multiple platforms and deliverables

• Present design concepts clearly and explain the reasoning behind visual decisions

• Participate in project discussions or client meetings when needed

• Revise and refine designs based on structured feedback

• Organize and manage design files to ensure clarity and ease of handoff

Qualifications

• Strong skills in graphic design, branding, and visual identity development

• Experience creating logos and cohesive brand systems

• Proficiency in typography, layout, and visual storytelling

• Ability to translate ideas and strategic concepts into clear visual structures

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional-quality work

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote environment

• Professional English proficiency

Preferred but not required:

• Experience working with consultants, professional service firms, or expert-led brands

• Experience designing for industries such as healthcare, law, education, or consulting

• Experience translating abstract concepts or frameworks into visual identities

Engagement Details

Location: Remote (Culiacán, Mexico preferred)

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Schedule: Project-based / Part-time

Time Zone: Flexible, with collaboration during U.S. business hours
